The more interesting thing in the article is that they have already drawn $10 million and are just dealing with the granite issue now. Assuming they have also drawn quite a bit re CT and LIPA, etc. maybe they DID have enough cash to pay off Hercules. I take it that paying off a loan isn't something that one writes a press release about, fair enough. New projects, like the 1.4 MW got a press release. Fair enough.
