I think he would say he cannot answer that or it is covered by the quiet period if that were so. Imo

I don’t think it’s to hard to believe everything they said about fins is true. Complications came up last minute. They tried to fix fast and failed due to lack of documentation.

That documentation was being compiled weeks ago. There is no reason imo to assume 14-18 are not already complete and they won’t be out with Q1 soon.

Again, we're talking assumptions, interpretations and impressions. Can Play4keeps2 state with specificity what was said, or was it as he says, might be all he legally could say, and was just a "brush off statement"? Play4keeps2 even questions the validity of Mark's statement.

I am trying to give mark the benefit of the doubt that even though he says that the financials are not based on court proceedings, I think legally he has to say that. {emphasis added}
