Not in regards to its status on OTC but the price has been going up over the last few months because of news, 2 annual reports posted on 5 April and a promise to retire 230 million shares. It May not have effected it OTC status YET but the paperwork is there for those looking. Funny part is they have a $32,000,000 debt with no posted profits yet the market cap is $16,000,000.
Sometimes I think it's easier to move a shell than an actual business because shells dont rwally have anythung positive in their paperwork. It just be blank with a date on it and boom 200%
