The marina property was always owned by Wayne, not the company or shareholders, although the shareholders paid for it

Totally wrong. The marina was owned by the fully owned subsidiary E3 Petroleum until E3 was "sold"** to BAYP on 8/8/2104 2014. In the process the marina just kinda ended up in Wayne's hands.

I'm sure that was just an "accident" though, right?



** Wayne still claims it is a wholly owned subsidiary with the officers being those of BAYP -- minus the marina of course.

I believe we will hear some news on Amdaq in the next few weeks. I hope. Ive been on news watch for this one for some time now.
