As usual I nailed this predicting that this was all just empty talk with no substance and that there would be no announcement. With the ones we've heard from VPLM lately this is probably a good thing because it's only getting worse. Stock price down over 50% in just over a month.
So far patience has lost 95% value and another billion to the OS.
There doesn't seem to be ANY upside here.
Please explain how this company could possibly have any given, the court dismissal, attempting to sue unfavorable countries, no services or products, and a massive cash consumption rate with zero revenues, only crazy levels of toxic financing.
