The RS must be done with investment firm support "functional underwriting" and only if there is compelling clinical study results. It is the institutional buyers which will drive the SP higher and the big investment houses have them. Of course, if they release TNBC study results which are off the charts, that will obviously broaden the capital options.

The SP suffers because people don’t buy NP’s stories anymore.
“Eager to tell you, any day now, soon, best case, worst case, non dilutive financing just around the corner!” The man has been wrong with every prediction he has made. He has been a total disaster for the people that did put trust in him.
I just wish that for once he would tell it like it is (without licking his lips) and stop the BS stories.
