Right now, every company that is involved in the lawsuit, and all of the combined investors of those companies, are in a dark tunnel, and we can't see any light at the end of it.

As I see it, the investors are in two categories. Those who want to gamble on a good outcome in the Appeals Court and those who want a more immediate return on their investment.

The gamblers are waiting for the return on their investment, hoping that the eventual per-share increase in the value of the stock (after the lawyer's fees and court costs are subtracted) will be worth the wait while the true investors are better advised to buy stock in companies that have a better record of transparency than this company.

You understand, of course, that any settlement will dramatically shrink any increase in the value of GERS stock, especially after you factor in the time spent waiting and waiting and waiting.
