King as you have seen I have been wrong many times so who really knows about the outstanding shares where they stand but my gut says at least 350 million and since the company talked about series "D" shares either the remaining 15 million of "C" shares where issued which I seriously doubt for many reasons were issued or a future series "D" has special language just for our board members which does ruffle me a tad but we don't know jack about what is really going on. I believe they can issue up to 45 million "C" shares and up to 450 million common but may not be able to do a new series "D" with out doing an entire shareholders vote which will take some big dollars and probably a Georgia get together yet if they live in Pennsylvania there will be an extra cost.
...second thought on that is I should think!!! : )...anyways is it possible that they are planning a buyout? a new share structure? I can't help to think that our patents are expiring left and right so what are we really worth these days?
You know I think <---- there I go again thinking...anyways I just can't see a future being a CEO of HDC and waiting on attorneys to kick Intel's A$$ or who ever because it cost tons of money and no guarantees which leads me now to say IT ALL DEPENDS ON HOW THE LITIGATION ATTORNEYS FEEL ABOUT FURTHER PURSUIT, in a nut shell I believe it all rests with them in just how well did they fare during all the NeoGenomic thingy mind you going after infringement
such as Intel (if they did) is a different set of rules all together and my thoughts say that litigation attorneys will want more up front or a better deal as they will take a greater risk.
