My thought exactly, these illegal shares are a huge problem that are going to lead to some major litigation. No one is going to agree to give up shares even if they were illegally printed. That is why there is a court date. They will probably sue the Co for damages. Major legal problems on the horizon which will bring this down to the trips. IMO
