Don't focus on the 0.00046 or the 0.50. Instead focus on the constant low ask by CDEL on the L2. Focus on the volume, the 30 day average volume is 621K, when the volume goes up on good news this is going to fly. We need to see some 4M or 5M volume days and RXMD will go up fast! Plus when CDEL leaves the ask alone this will also go up fast.
