In all fairness I say his biggest mistake is not being able to find a real CFO. His 2nd biggest mistake was not firing Sara Lausman soon enough. Hopefully firing her was enough to save the Portland lab.
For Waldrop to succeed in collecting a steady stream of checks, he only needs to keep his mouth shut to the stockholders, so as to max out the likelihood that more self deceiving people will buy this trash, and so he can further dilute at the expense of others, and collect consulting fees outside the company.
