What would have been “spectacular” was this child leaving the hospital with both legs and 2 lungs, which might have happened if they were proactive and initiated Cytosorb when he was intubated. Spectacular describes the filter; definitely not the clinicians. This looks like a last minute death or Cytosorb decision. Guess our sales force has its work cut out for them!
