MM is right about this. Solomon has provided the Board members with an incentive to keep the share price depressed. Because they will make a lot more money this way.
It wasn't a comment on the new guy's compensation. Just a general thought on the concept, when we're talking about a stock that has gone from around $17.5 to $0.16. I mean, $60,000 in shares at this point is 0.75% of the company. Solomon and his friends now get almost one percent of the company per year in compensation shares each. Sick.
