Typically it's within 45 days of end of quarter. Last year they released it on April 19. As I've said in the past, if they had great earnings, I believe they would be shouting it from the roof tops as soon as they could. The delay signifies to me that their earnings will be mediocre at best. Not that it is bad necessarily, but with the dilution and this tough group, they would be crucified on this board. I believe they are waiting to put out something positive with their earnings to offset the news. We'll see which news outweighs each other. The trifecta would be 1.great earnings 2.name and symbol change 3.no more dilution.
