Technically both of you are correct. In order to get filled at bid, someone must dump at bid. :)

Yes, thank you... I know how it works. Rather than slap the offer (Ask), someone sets a buy order at the bid and waits for someone else to sell to them at said price. Someone else then decides to sell into the bid and the person sitting at bid gets filled. The original person technically “bought” at bid. The point I’m trying to make is that Bid selling is a sign of weakness. People are willing to sell for a low price just to get out of the stock.

It’s basically someone willing to get out at the lowest price, instead of waiting for someone to buy their shares on the ask. That means someone is willing to sell their shares for .06’s and .07’s, instead of waiting for supposed dollars. Think about that for a second.... why the constant selling at bid? Who is selling these shares?
