Right now I would put less emphasis on 'dilution'. Current pricing factors in the FULL A/S as moved forward. Adding 50K shares to the float is, rather, wise and expected given the number of longs with DSGT shares.
Current SHs are holding tight as I would expect. Then what are newbies going to buy? Typically there is NOT a gap tightening sufficient to entice solid holders to give up shares...in other words, there has to be room for short-term holders (willing to accept smaller gain ratios) to move in and out to generate the kind of trade volume necessary for a healthy pps movement.
Once we reach a bid price sufficient to entice longs to cash in on larger gains, the pps will be somewhat more dynamic rather than being inflexible when the float is too tight.
