Eh, I wish I could agree but the timing of the APS promo was just too coincidental with this proxy statement. An acquisition would explain the AS increase, but not a puny 5:1 rs. In most cases, they wipe the old shareholders clean when changing hands. I still hope for the best tho since I'm still in this
