I would never call Goldy smart. He played INOH right up to when the U.S. filed charges against him and issued a sealed indictment - he personally gave them all the info they needed. I agree fines are too light for the crooks including Goldberg, and it takes too long for the regulators to stop them. Meanwhile he takes hundreds of thousands of dollars from his stock promoters to issue Fake PRs and lie to those who trade his stocks. Smh, his entire “career” was penny stocks and conning others.
