The problem is quite simple. In Wayne's rush to put out BS pump PR's he had the TA issue registered shares as restricted shares. To make it worse, this all happened way before they were even trading.
This is all on Wayne and the TA.....and now it is all on GCAN.
GCAN won't own up to it because that was _Pre-Green C....at least that is apparently their excuse.
