I want to see the filing. May be more to it than that. Not much detail in the email and I can’t find any public filings with this info

Don't see that on Cedar Derek Ross told me open doors in 90 days.

I think Bill is eluding to the original document that was made public, stating that if final licensure has not happened, the 5 million will have to be repaid. There has been no additional filing since then. He didn’t say there would be no Massachusetts deal. Wait til after May 1st and see what happens. Need all the facts
