The rumors of buyouts have no basis in reality, fact or even speculation. WINMQ may not even survive BK...at that point some competitor may scoop up the skeleton of WIN and commons won't have mattered

Nobody is going to offer any buyout while they are buried in debt, and in bankruptcy.


That is pure fantasy, and a complete lack of understanding of how it works.


First, current shareholders will get served up a sickening bloodbath via dilution. Way to much debt.

They will need to offer new shares to raise capital.

Its really very unfortunate.
