I hope they can FINALLY be successful, for the likely hundreds of families decimated over the past many years by these guys.....tough lessons learned, they do tell you everything they are going to do in their filings, folks get caught up in the Pump n Dumps, the Gap n Traps and the Short Lived MOMO, Bros are in debt up to their eyeballs and have not built a profitable business in years and years over many multiple shells......JMHO and GLTA !

They have the history for r/s's and sneaked this one in on me.
There is nothing on Finra about f-d-bl on the daily lists yet. These bad actors have announced r/s's before and did not process them for weeks.

This announcement was submitted April 9th, but was decided on March 26th, 2019 and no mention about it was made until now?

The 'company' spun some deals with two in place insiders and set them up with 'new' positions with almost a half million in salaries between themselves starting immediately. This from an organization that never made a cent in profit dating back to 2007. It'a all in the reissue of new company stock to the insiders and they have the ability to sell quick.

This is also important as the insiders are not effected by any r/s whatsoever. Classic. Just a new scam emerging. Probably will try mixing CBD with a phone app.

After the effective date of the proposed reverse stock split, each common stockholder will own a reduced number of shares of Common Stock. Except to the extent that whole shares will be exchanged in lieu of fractional shares as described below, the proposed reverse stock split will affect all common stockholders uniformly and will not affect any stockholder’s percentage ownership interest in us and proportionate voting rights and other rights and preferences of the holders of Common Stock will not be affected by the proposed reverse stock split.<--ownership interests only reflect main stockholders, not retail commoners.
