will likely won't have much impact on share

price unless we see a surprise settlement

figure with the many cases that settled during

1rst qtr....( TiVo/asus/ conn/ & 2 others)

For the fun of it, my prediction:

- 2-5 million in revenue would be nice to see

- 5-10 million a pleasant surprise

- over 10 and it might have a positive impact on
share price
