You seem so certain? It is as equally likely he wanted to distance himself for this ship after becoming aware of the seriousness of the SEC allegations. Perhaps he does not want his past (as documented by Lee Webb) to be looked into by the SEC and is hoping his resignation may keep the focus on Rufus rather than him? Perhaps he had other motives...why was his first act to dilute the OS with shares that went to him and and who knows who else? Does he now expect Rufus to continue with the pump so that he can dump those shares w/ the help of some 3rd parties maybe?
Les! one thing is clear that MA has a complete trust in RPH. Mike has lot at risk here. He handed over the rein to RPH only after he found that his investment will be in safe hands. Only one thing that bother me is about CFO. Why should he leave while AF are still to be filed?
