Hmmm, could it be that the 1,000,000 SGMD invests in Hempistry plays a role into this? Aswell as the connection between K&J investment of 20M with its connection to John Vu? Intresting.. lol

On the open market and diluting Sgmd and will take forever. Funding is the best solution and is the key
To closing all the deals . 8 x to 10 x sales is very possible to trade
At . Sgmd can be the heavy favorite after May 15 .
We are at .66 x sales on 30 mil in recognized rev . With more shares on the market
From kJ 134mil we are still only at 1 x sales .
