Sleazy is a good word for Underground Stocks.

They have now managed to get three stocks (ISBG, DANR, OMHE) slapped with the Cavaet Emptor since March 8, 2019 making them responsible 3 of the 7 Cavaet Emptor designations since March 8, 2019.



Just a quick run down of the other 4:

BKEN and PLWY were also being pumped with fake information when they got slapped with the skull & crossbones.

They are both abandoned Issuers that have been victims of fake pumps in the past too.

PLWY with a fake cannabis website some 3rd party created and a fake twitter page.

BKEN with fake news, a fake twitter page, and even a fake Nevada SOS filing reinstating the entity at the peak of the latest pump.

The stock actually crashed after the bogus NV SOS filing showed up.


OOIL got the Cavaet Emptor because of a paid promotion.

I'm not sure on ZOOM what the deal was there I wasn't following it at the time. I think maybe it might have had something to do with people falsely pumping Zoom Technologies Inc (ZOOM) when Zoom Video Communications Inc (ZM) was about to IPO.
