It is 2019 now - DANR has been abandoned for more than 5 years.

The entity was dissolved by the state of Wyoming in 2015 for failing to pay its annual business taxes.

https://wyobiz.wy.gov/business/FilingDetails.aspx?eFNum=229250224144217078182075034202004182022049058109

I'm not sure what is so hard for people to understand about DANR being an abandoned entity.

There is nobody running the company any more to do a reverse merger with.

The bogus merger rumor came from a 3rd party (undergroundstocks.com). Not from DANR.

That same 3rd party (undergroundstocks.com) was complaining on twitter a few weeks ago when he got scammed by some fake press releases on STHC and DGRI.

So what does undergroundstocks.com do? Decides if you can't beat them then join them. A group of twitter pumpers front loaded DANR then got undergroundstocks.com to publish that fraudulent merger rumor article to manipulate the DANR share price so they could sell their shares for a profit to all the people scammed into buying DANR off the fake merger news.

As far as ISBG goes.

There is a reason ISBG already had the skull&cross bones (Cavaet Emptor) at OTC Markets.

ISBG is a scammy stock. And them helping with the DANR stock manipulation scheme just goes to show you that ISBG is still as scammy as ever.

And yes that tweet has been saved forever now as proof about ISBG's involvement in the DANR stock manipulation scheme

Even if DANR wasn't an abandoned entity. There would be absolutely no point in the two publicly traded companies merging together. The idea is ludicrous.

So why would ISBG decide to help out with the undergroundstocks.com stock manipulation scheme?

Possibly because undergroundstocks.com has been providing IR services for ISBG since the start of 2019 publishing no less than 10 pump articles for ISBG through their website service

I wouldn't be surprised if somebody involved in undergroundstocks.com works for ISBG.
