All good points but you are discounting the growth factor. When vytex sales kick in “if” the growth rate is seen to accelerate it could produce extraordinary pps and mkt cap gains...

Lots of otc companies with no rev or cash with pps @ or above $.05. Merger contributes positive cash flow and profitability.
