259MM is hardly a low float

there is no dilution and that is really the only redeeming quality of the stock. The CEO has never been able to live up to his outlandish announcements and has basically been utilizing a "throw it at the wall and see if it sticks approach" to his business directions

the storylines are great for trading as long as remembering to sell into the moves is the strategy
