Wrong! Misleading B.S. is just that. That is total B.S. to anyone that knows how a dividend or restricted dividend Works. Only a transfer agent can remove a restrictive legend. But the transfer agent won’t remove the legend unless the issuer consents—usually in the form of an opinion letter from the issuer’s counsel to the transfer agent.
GCAN's Legal Counsel wrote the opinion letter for Free for all shareholders. The T/A has it and GCAN will even send anyone a copy for free If they need it. I'm sure TD-Aturd is aware the T/A has the opinion Letter yet I hear they tell there shareholders that most of there Absurd Fee is for the T/A. Funny how Etrade and Other Brokers did not charge there client's these Absurd Fees. Anyone can call the T/A and verify the Truth.
GCAN owes Td-Aturd Nothing.

Most Brokers have assisted there client's in having the Restricted Legend removed from there GCAN Dividend Shares long ago and we have been trading for 7 months.
Td-Aturd is the only Broker I have heard of that are holding there client's GCAN's dividend share's hostage for absurd most likely Illegal Ransom Fee's.
