No question about it..it is much cheaper to expand your business by going through a r/m with a clean shell than going through an IPO. Merging several small companies under one umbrella makes lot of sense. You can streamline processes and get synergies in costs savings as well as get leverage of a larger outfit. The public market gives the opportunity to expand quicker so i can see and understand the potential of $100 millions in potential revenues. If management plays their cards right, there is a great potential for a successful, growing company that is in a currently hot field. Imo
