Why am I not upset? Because these things all mean very little.
Crappy warrants were a form of poison pill. I've stated that here before.
Delay of filings? Not a big deal. They will get a waiver. They had to find out if they were still a 'going concern'. The outcome of the court process was the catalyst for getting back into compliance.
I don't usually share my DD but this board... needs help from somebody with experience.
