Agreed. Honesty is needed especially when the 10k clearly shows the opposite. The range is 5:1 to 50:1 if/when needed.

IHub drives me nuts but if you can filter the BS it helps.

Exactly MTL and if/when such a future day comes, all VYST shareholders of record will be the very 1st ones to know it, a full 30 days in advance of any R/S vote...because a Shareholder Proxy Vote Notification must be mailed out and filed with the SEC a full 30 days in advance of the proxy vote woot-woot!
