What is everyone realistic thoughts on GBI opening share price?

Curaleaf was an RTO and it started at $7 out the gate after the RTO was completed. They are now at double that at $14.

A very recent RTO Vireo started at $5 just a couple months ago and have reached as high $7. This for me is a realistic high for the new GBI, I sincerely think they will start at $3 or even as low as $1. But for all of us, it will be a win win especially in this new emerging market! GTLA
