If it goes through litigation it could take awhile with INTEL. But with the patent win against them and NEO litigation wrapped up, INTEL is staring at a hands down loss.

The patent loss puts them in a significant holding pattern and the easy way out is for them to buyout HDVY or sign a license agreement.

In the meantime company just won $6 mil and sounds like they expect to have money in hand by July 31.
