TGGI and why not it had nothing going for it but those shares and was dried up due to Dwyer's BS. Now his IGPK can be wholly owned and he can leverage that entity until it dries up.

Face it Dwyer screwed TGGI shareholders to the hilt and has now moved on with IGPK and GCGX and will do the same with these.

Just wait until the financials come out and the true story will be revealed that's IF he even puts out the financials.

And when the shareholders get nothing for those shares a class action lawsuit will be in order.

This will spell the beginning of the end for Dwyer as his scamming will come out in court and the SEC will file charges. Final result at minimum will be his banning from ever running or being associated with a public traded company for life.
