Agree that something major is coming but still on the fence if negative or positive.
What caught my eye in the most recent filing wasn't the amount of the loan, interest rate or length of time, although all do give credence to something being right around the corner. What caught my eye considering previous agreements was “The Company’s obligations under the promissory note to the institutional investor are secured by a lien on the Company’s assets.”
