moving to the OTCQB or OTCQX has absolutely nothing to do with delaying the filing of the 10K with the SEC, which was due April 1, 2019

I got the Silmilar response from Jack on same question my guess is
filing is delayed because of moving to OTCQB or OTCQX
But I hope it doesn't take too long
