I don't see any qualifier indicating that this is your opinion. So you are making a definitive statement of fact. You better be sure of your statement since it's a very strong one. Companies can take action against people making public statements such as yours. I know of one penny stock that has actually filed legal action against several message board posters for strong, unsubstantiated statements against the company.
