No one is certain to be honest but, I’ll take my chances. The fact is that the Billionaires in control of TMPS will also be affected if there is dilution involved. So it leaves you to wonder if it’s in their best interest to dilute? That being said, TMPS has many ways to acquire financing if need be. Specially now that they locked in a contract with the NAVY.
