ZN's largest asset according to it's latest 10-K is "Unproved oil and gas properties" listed at $6.7 million. Or, in layman's terms, their largest asset does not exist.

The concession might be considered an "asset" although with a finite life time, it's depreciating rapidly.

Leases are not assets.
