I posted a link that explains the t form and how it's used. And they are canceling stock, not reducing the amount of authorized shares. Do your due diligence.

Per their Twitter it “appears” as thought they are attempting to lower OS ie., lowering the AS as well. Could be trickery but stated pretty clear in this tweet of theirs.

Ah, they already canceled 540 mill shares from the O//S and then reduced the Authorized from 1.5 bill to 900 mill.

I would say that is a reduction of both the A/S and the O/S.
