I see that put it also went bask to 49 that same hour.

Since the previous bar high was 48 and then the next bar low was 49....is that really a gap? That's seems to be the natural sequence of numbers.....48 then 49.

Anyway I use mostly daily charts

for determining gaps and the daily chart does not show one.

Granted the 30 minute and one hour for that day does show a very small gap.
