The 8K discussion is more about Mark and Rene putting those “major” announcements on official SEC forms which hold them accountable to regulators vs paying to have a PR released that has means of verification or enforcement.
It has zero to do with financials or getting the CE removed from the stock.
A few 8K’s and this will fly without financials. If they had not lied to shareholders over the past 5 years, then this would not be such a big issue.
