Buddy, this guy could be the CEO of the world, if insiders are dumping and the company is diluting, its not gonna matter what title or achievements any BOD member holds or accomplished...

I'm still holding, never sold a single one and I wont sell till 04/30, but the company needs to either make there shareholders aware on whether or not the the aforementioned is or is not the case.
