I only know Syman is CEO of SIPC. As of December 31, 2018, Syman Vong was the Chief Executive Officer and Thu Pham was a director of the Company. Ted Jorgensen was the President of wholly owned subsidiary Major Hemp and not an executive officer of the Company I don't know who Thu Pham is.
