Not insider, just likely someone who held a note from years back and maybe had to wait 2-3 years to convert. Nobody in their right mind would sell at 0.0016.
Could have been someone who provided services....
Actually rather have it now then when we are at 0.005 and moving up.
That is my view and not going to bicker over someones else view.
Time will tell.....?
I could be wrong, but IMO, the above is likely.
