Letting prisoners vote, or guaranteeing an income to anyone, regardless of they are willing to vote, is insanity IMHO. Shifting income from the wealthy to the poor and middle class will stimulate demand and therefore require more supply to be built, resulting in a positive feedback loop and a strong economy for all.

I, however, give a Green New Deal of being passed about as good a chance as of friendly aliens coming to solve all our problems.
