Simple... Any downward pressure in the OTC is considered dilution and a scam... any bullish pressure is considered a pump and a scam

When majority of the volume has been traded above .032 and here we are 5 million shares into .025 these aren't retail shares they are magic shares being dumped into the market. No profits at this level for retail people selling for a loss before diluted to sub penny
