- $WEED last traded at roughly $65 CDN.
- The US/CDN exchange rate is roughly 34 cents on the dollar.
- Acreage shareholders will get 0.5818 of a share of Canopy when the deal goes through.

65 X 0.5818 = 37.8 (That's how much an Acreage share should be right now in CDN)

22 X 1.34 = 29.48 (That's how much per share Acreage is actually trading at).
